Fechheimer Brothers Company, owner of Vertx and Flying Cross brands, is seeking an Account Manager to cover Connecticut, Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Maine. This fully remote role focuses on growing revenue through consultative selling and strategic account management.

You will travel up to 75% within the territory, build territory plans, conduct product demonstrations, negotiate terms, and partner with dealers to expand market presence.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of field sales or account management experience; apparel/uniform industry a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to travel up to 75% within CT, MA, VT, NH, RI, ME; occasional evenings and weekends for events.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute territory plans with quarterly goals for target accounts, coverage, and pipeline creation.
• Identify, qualify, and progress new opportunities through networking, referrals, lead follow-up, and market research.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts with proactive growth plans and regular business reviews.
• Coordinate with authorized dealers and distributors to support sell-through, training, and merchandising initiatives.
• Maintain CRM hygiene (contacts, activities, opportunities, forecasts) and produce weekly reports.
• Represent the company at trade shows and conferences; plan pre/post-show activities.
