Job summary

Fechheimer Brothers Company is seeking an Account Manager to drive revenue growth across a Kansas, Missouri, Iowa, Minnesota and Wisconsin territory. This fully remote role requires up to 75% travel within the territory and offers a starting base salary of $90,000 per year plus commission, with base based on experience.

The ideal candidate will manage a portfolio of accounts, develop territory plans, and lead new business development through consultative selling, while partnering with dealers

Qualifications

• Strong consultative selling skills and ability to discover needs
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and basic data analysis
• Territory planning and travel coordination

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory plans with quarterly goals
• Identify and progress new opportunities through networking and referrals
• Manage a portfolio of accounts with timely follow-up and growth plans
• Conduct regular business reviews with customers to assess results and needs
• Coordinate sample kits, collateral, and promotional programs
• Maintain CRM hygiene and create weekly activity reports
• Represent the company at trade shows and conferences
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Marketing and Operations
