Job summary

The Fechheimer Brothers is seeking an Account Manager to cover a multi-state territory (Connecticut, Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire, Rhode Island & Maine) in a fully remote role. You will drive revenue growth by expanding relationships, pursuing new business, and delivering consultative solutions.

The position requires up to 75% travel within the territory and familiarity with CRM tools; compensation includes a $90,000 base plus commission, with strong growth opportunities in a Berkshire

Qualifications

• Strong consultative selling skills to identify needs and tailor solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for presenting to decision-makers.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (Dynamics 365 or Salesforce) for pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory plans for CT, MA, VT, NH, RI and ME.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new opportunities through networking and market research.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensure follow-up and proactive growth plans.
• Coordinate with dealers and distributors to support sell-through and promotions.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and prepare weekly activity reports.
• Represent the company at trade shows and conferences; monitor market trends.
