Job summary

The Fechheimer Brothers is seeking an Account Manager to drive revenue growth and retain key accounts across Kansas, Missouri, Iowa, Minnesota, and Wisconsin. This fully remote role requires frequent travel within the territory and offers a base salary with commission.

A Bachelor's degree is preferred and 4+ years in field sales or account management is expected. You will manage dealer networks, conduct business reviews, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 4+ years field sales or account management; apparel/uniform industry a plus.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to travel up to 75% within KS, MO, IA, MN, WI; evenings/weekends for events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory plans with quarterly goals.
• Identify, qualify, and progress new opportunities through networking and market research.
• Schedule in-person appointments and product demonstrations to articulate value.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts with proactive growth plans.
• Conduct regular business reviews and coordinate with dealers and distributors.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and create weekly activity reports.
• Represent the company at trade shows and monitor market trends.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Marketing, and Operations to ensure order fulfillment.
