Job summary

eMolecules, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of customer accounts across pharma, biotech, and academia in a remote-capable role based in the Greater Boston area.

The position offers a base salary of $140k–$160k with a 20% bonus target, plus benefits, and travel up to 20% as needed. The role requires building relationships with researchers and procurement teams, driving order growth, and expanding product adoption while coordinating with sales, scientific

Qualifications

• A degree in chemistry or related science field.
• 3+ years in a customer-facing role in the science industry or equivalent.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, or HubSpot.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills; ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to juggle multiple accounts and projects with sharp attention to detail.
• Preferred: knowledge of ERP software (NetSuite a plus).

Responsibilities

• Own and grow your accounts.
• Find upsell and cross-sell opportunities and expand product adoption across customer organizations.
• Build stakeholder maps for your accounts to develop enterprise relationships.
• Build strong relationships with scientific and procurement stakeholders at all levels, up to executives.
• Run regular business reviews and site visits; onboard new customers and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Collaborate with sales, scientific consultants, and operations to drive new business and support campaigns.
