Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience; life sciences or laboratory sales preferred.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound genotyping leads and engage new prospects via calls and email outreach.
• Onboard and support new genotyping customers from registration through seventh paid order.
• Conduct discovery conversations to identify decision makers and customer needs.
• Follow up on leads from trade shows, meetings, and campaigns to drive adoption.
• Maintain detailed account activity in Salesforce (5–7 calls per day).
• Advance qualified opportunities with Regional Sales Management.
