The American Red Cross is seeking an Account Manager Business Development to manage customer accounts, oversee contract activities, and support growth in the healthcare, biotech, and cell therapy markets. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Bachelor's in Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary account manager for assigned customer accounts, maintaining strong relationships and coordinating internal resources.
• Support contract management activities for new and existing customers, including amendments, renewals, execution, and ongoing compliance.
• Support account growth by analyzing needs, market trends, and performance data to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Operations, Legal, Finance to onboard customers and implement agreements.
• Build and disseminate customer communications and marketing materials to raise awareness of services.
