Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience managing client relationships and contract-driven partnerships.
• Experience reviewing, administering, negotiating, or managing customer contracts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary account manager for assigned customer accounts, maintaining relationships and coordinating resources.
• Support contract management activities including amendments, renewals, execution, and compliance.
• Analyze customer needs and market trends to identify growth opportunities and assist strategic account planning.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Operations, Legal, Finance, and other stakeholders to onboard customers and implement agreements.
• Develop customer communications and marketing materials to raise awareness of services and engagement.
• Identify process improvements in account management and contract administration to boost efficiency.
