Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related discipline.
• Experience developing new business through lead nurturing and qualification, prospecting, and appointment setting.
• Sold experience in inside sales and/or sales development, with proficiency in internal processes.

Responsibilities

• Build a strong new business pipeline through inbound lead qualification, outbound prospecting, and targeted client outreach.
• Partner with Business Development and Marketing to develop territory plans and campaigns for customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Engage prospects through calls, email, social outreach, client meetings, and discovery to understand needs and challenges.
• Manage target accounts, prospects, opportunities, and pipeline forecasting in Salesforce while keeping territory data accurate.
• Advance qualified opportunities through the sales process, set appointments, and coordinate with colleagues on next steps.
• Grow client relationships by identifying expansion and upsell opportunities and connecting clients with relevant services.
