Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of commercial experience in account management or business development.
• Experience in industrial services, refrigeration, cold storage, or related industry.
• Strong relationship-building skills with facility-level stakeholders.
• Self-directed, coaching mindset with CRM discipline.
• Strong discovery skills to translate intelligence into opportunities across product lines.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain facility profiles in Zoho for assigned accounts and keep account intelligence accurate.
• Update CRM within 24 hours after meaningful interactions.
• Develop relationship maps across facility, regional, and corporate levels, identifying decision-makers and influencers.
• Identify unmet needs across service, parts, training, controls, and construction and log opportunities across product lines.
• Hand off confirmed opportunities to delivery owners with complete context and stay engaged post‑handoff.
