Arrow Electronics is seeking an Account Manager II to manage 100–200 mid and mass market accounts, driving renewals, upsells, and revenue growth while delivering outstanding customer service.

You will consult with clients, develop sales plans, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Channel, and Technical teams to expand opportunities and maximize margins. Travel up to 50% and a 70/30 compensation split are part of the role.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree and 2-4 years related experience or advanced degree
• Microsoft Suite experience required (Excel)
• Experience with Salesforce and selling software preferred
• Experience with cross selling/upselling and renewals required
• 70/30 split; commission included in compensation

Responsabilités

• Manages 100-200 mid and mass market accounts to ensure positive customer experience and revenue growth
• Proactively provide renewal and growth quotes and meet renewal/growth targets
• Develops sales plans, identifies opportunities, and communicates value of products/services
• Collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Channel, and Technical teams on market intelligence
• Conducts quarterly business reviews with at least 75% of renewing accounts
