Job summary

Amcor is seeking an Account Manager II to own a territory, grow sales, and strengthen trusted relationships with customers. You will collaborate with internal teams to translate sales and marketing strategies into action, aiming to increase share of wallet and deliver measurable results.

You will manage key accounts, negotiate terms, and work across marketing, R&D, and operations to meet customer needs while achieving profitable growth in a dynamic packaging market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in technical, sales and general management, preferably in packaging.
• Ability to travel domestically 60% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Drive territory growth and profitability.
• Grow and nurture customer relationships to expand share of wallet.
• Coordinate with internal teams to convert sales and marketing strategies into action.
• Lead negotiations and articulate Amcor's value proposition to customers.
• Manage accounts and pipeline with CRM tools.
