Job summary

InComm Payments is seeking an Account Manager I to join our team. You will support day-to-day account operations, client communications, reporting, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives across key accounts.

The role manages a small portfolio and is fully remote with travel up to 10%. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, able to juggle multiple priorities, and comfortable delivering client-facing materials.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in account management or related field.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proactive and responsive to requests.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Experience creating client reports and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support for an account management team across strategic client accounts.
• Manage day-to-day support for an assigned set of client accounts.
• Coordinate client requests and internal follow-up activities to ensure timely delivery and resolution.
• Maintain a high level of responsiveness and customer service for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, business reviews, and other client-facing materials.
• Track account performance, deliverables, project milestones, and key initiatives, providing regular updates to leadership.
• Support implementation activities, product launches, catalog updates, and operational initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Support strategic projects and special assignments as directed by leadership.
