Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in account management, customer success, client services, operations, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proactive and responsive to internal and external requests.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and support recommendations.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team.
• Experience creating reports and client communications.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to the Account Management team across client accounts.
• Manage day-to-day support for an assigned set of client accounts.
• Coordinate client requests and internal follow-up to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain high responsiveness and customer service for stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and client materials.
• Track account performance, milestones, and initiatives with leadership.
• Support implementation activities, product launches, and catalog updates.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Support strategic projects as directed by leadership.
