Job summary

BGIS ITS seeks an Account Manager to join our team remotely in the United States and surrounding areas. You will drive client retention, build lasting relationships, and deliver on client objectives through proactive management and cross‑functional collaboration.

You will develop relationships with key stakeholders, monitor KPIs, coordinate with multiple contacts to manage schedules and deliverables, and identify expansion opportunities with existing clients. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering, construction, management, business administration or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 4 years applicable work experience in the construction or facilities management industry.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with account management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel and hold a valid driver's license.
• Knowledge of CRM a plus.
• BOMA certification or designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain personal relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Monitor progress to ensure KPIs are reached and align BGIS goals with the client.
• Partner with multiple contacts to manage project delivery schedules and cross‑department deliverables.
• Renew and expand services with assigned client base.
