Job summary

BGIS ITS is seeking an Account Manager to join our team remotely across the United States and surrounding areas. The role centers on client retention, value delivery, and building lasting relationships to meet client business objectives.

Key duties include developing relationships with client stakeholders, monitoring KPIs, coordinating cross‑department deliverables, renewing services, and identifying expansion opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, construction, management or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years in construction or facilities management.
• Minimum 3 years of account management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate in a teamwork environment with internal and external contacts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Monitor KPIs and inform senior leadership of issues.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and cross‑department deliverables.
• Renew and expand services with the assigned client base.
