Job summary

InComm InCentives is seeking a motivated Account Manager I to support a portfolio of key client accounts. This fully remote role with up to 10% travel focuses on delivering excellent client experiences, coordinating cross-functionally, and driving operational excellence.

You will work with the Account Management team on day-to-day operations, reporting, and strategic initiatives, building strong relationships and producing client-facing materials to support business goals.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in account management, customer success, client services, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience creating reports and client communications; data interpretation skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to a portfolio of strategic client accounts.
• Coordinate client requests and internal follow-up activities to ensure timely delivery and resolution.
• Track account performance, deliverables, and project milestones with regular leadership updates.
• Support implementation activities, product launches, catalog updates, and strategic initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
