Job summary

Suited Connector is seeking a relentless Account Manager to expand client relationships in our home services verticals. You will own designated accounts, driving retention and growth while coordinating with Tech, Accounting and Compliance teams to ensure onboarding excellence.

You will analyze performance with Power BI and Excel, deliver weekly and monthly reports, monitor campaign metrics, and support accounts receivable with billing terms.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of Account Management experience, preferably in Lead Gen and/or Home Services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned accounts and drive retention and growth.
• Collaborate with departments on changes supporting vertical growth.
• Facilitate onboarding for new accounts with Tech, Accounting and Compliance teams.
• Analyze quality reports and create action plans to improve campaign performance.
• Support accounts receivable and communicate billing terms by client.
• Use Excel and Power BI to identify opportunities and deliver weekly/monthly campaign reports.
• Collaborate on business development initiatives.
