Cision is seeking an Account Manager I Remote to own and grow an installed customer base by driving expansion annual recurring revenue (ARR) and durable net revenue retention (NRR) within a high-volume account portfolio. You will maximize customer lifetime value through structured expansion selling and renewal leadership while leveraging automation and CRM tooling.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in related account management or expansion-focused sales.
• Experience with recurring revenue models.
• Strong discovery and value articulation skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume install base with automation.
• Collaborate across CX, Product and Solutions teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver expansion ARR and renewal outcomes.
• Identify, qualify, and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Lead renewal strategy and pricing discipline.
• Manage a high-volume install base with outreach and cadence.
• Execute shorter sales cycles across transactional to moderate complexity deals.
• Build account plans for wallet-share growth.
• Maintain forecasting and CRM documentation.
• Coordinate cross-functional engagement with CX, Product, and Solutions teams.
• Transition high-complexity accounts to segment leaders when applicable.
• Perform other duties as required.
