HealthMark Group & Purview is seeking an Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of Purview clients. This remote role focuses on enabling trusted relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and driving revenue growth through upsells and renewals.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, manage onboarding, and monitor usage to identify opportunities across healthcare, legal, veterinary, and research settings. The position rewards proactive farm-and-grow mindset and client-first service.

Qualifications

• College degree or 2–3 years of client account experience.
• Comfort discussing revenue opportunities with clients.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization; manage multiple accounts.
• Self-sufficient and task-focused with a positive approach.
• Proficiency in Excel; CRM experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Be primary contact and trusted advisor for Purview client portfolio.
• Understand client needs and build trust to secure long-term loyalty.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Upsell and expand within existing accounts.
• Own expansion sales cycle from discovery to closing.
• Maintain CRM records and track trends.
• Support onboarding and retention efforts.
• Prepare for renewals by showing ongoing value.
