The role focuses on managing day-to-day relationships, supporting the sales cycle from proposals to renewals, and coordinating with field and national account teams to expand engagement. You will stay informed on radiopharmaceutical products and market trends, leveraging CRM data to identify opportunities and retain customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 2–4 years of inside sales, account management, or customer-facing experience.
• Experience managing customer relationships and sales pipelines.
• CRM or data-driven selling experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned accounts, focusing on customer engagement, retention, and growth.
• Support the full sales process for lower-complexity opportunities including proposals and renewals.
• Identify new sales opportunities using customer data and follow-up activities.
• Maintain accurate records of customer contacts, pipeline activity, and next steps.
• Build strong relationships with customers to support satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Coordinate with field sales teams, including Territory and National Account Managers.
• Handle routine account needs, follow-up, and implementation support.
• Respond to customer inquiries and service concerns; escalate when needed.
• Spot growth signals and communicate when accounts may need expanded sales support.
• Stay informed on radiopharmaceutical products, market trends, and competitive activity.
