Job summary

Unframed Digital, a fast-growing, women-owned AIO and SEO agency, seeks an Account Manager to own client relationships across 8–12 monthly retainer accounts. You’ll drive strategy, oversee delivery, and ensure client retention.

Fully remote role in the United States with a salary range of $65,000–$80,000 DOE. Benefits begin after 90 days and include health insurance stipend, retirement match, wifi/cell stipends, unlimited PTO, and paid family leave.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in account management, marketing management, or client success roles (agency experience preferred).
• Experience with digital marketing strategy is a necessity.
• GA, Looker Studio, and GTM knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of 8–12 monthly retainer clients and ensure strategy and delivery quality.
• Serve as primary contact for AI/SEO, paid ads, and website retainer clients.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders to align goals and KPIs.
• Lead onboarding with sales and delivery teams, translating goals into priorities for internal teams.
• Host recurring client calls with reporting and strategy discussions.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and upsell or expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with SEO, Paid Ads, and creative teams to ensure timely delivery.
