Job summary

Engage PEO in the United States is seeking an Account Manager to support multiple clients in a co-employment relationship, growing loyalty through Engage products and services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inquiries and partner with Sales on prospect meetings.

Responsibilities include client relationship management, annual enrollment delivery, and HR service delivery, with a salary range of $85,000-$95,000. Remote role with benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in Human Resources.
• Over 5+ years of experience in an Account Management role in a fast-paced environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact to recommend Engage products and services and customize solutions.
• Identify client needs through meetings and assessments and implement HR products and services.
• Coordinate and project manage the client experience across all Engage services.
• Work with internal teams to resolve client service issues daily.
• Monitor deliverables against timelines to ensure client satisfaction.
• Evaluate client HR and payroll processes to maximize service delivery.
• Travel to client locations to identify value-added Engage services.
• Support Engage Sales during prospect introductions as needed.
