Job summary

BOCA Group International in the United States is seeking an experienced Account Manager to maintain and grow client relationships across assigned accounts. You will create and track proposals, update databases, and collaborate with the Marketing Manager to implement retention strategies during client engagements.

This is a remote role with weekly in-person client meetings. You will communicate daily with clients, manage invoices, and update Salesforce and internal spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow client relationships across assigned accounts.
• Create and track proposals for existing accounts and potential new accounts.
• Follow up on outstanding proposals.
• Update a database regularly with accepted proposals, client contact information, etc.
• Communicate on a daily basis with existing clients.
• Attend meetings with the Regional Manager.
• Update Salesforce and internal spreadsheets regularly with sales activity and client information.
• Gain new leads by contacting clients via telephone, in-person meetings, networking events, etc.
