Job summary

Healthcare Management Administrators is seeking an Account Manager to act as a trusted partner for clients and brokers, guiding self-funded health plans and ensuring alignment with client needs. You will manage broker relationships and contribute to strategic renewal efforts.

The role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and industry knowledge, with opportunities for growth and a comprehensive rewards package. Remote work flexibility is available across the US.

Qualifications

• BA degree in healthcare related field, communications, or business administration preferred.
• WA State Agents License, Life & Disability or other professional designation (CEBS, HIAA) preferred upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Represent Client Success by participating in finalist meetings and implementation.
• Owns preparation, delivery and execution of renewal strategy.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and demonstrate HMA value.
• Recommend products and services relevant to client needs by reviewing data and listening to customer needs.
