Triwill Group, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking an Account Manager based in the United States. This high-impact, fully remote role involves owning customer relationships across a global SMB portfolio and developing a strong pipeline of opportunities.

You’ll manage more than 600 existing customers, drive retention, renewals, and strategic revenue expansion, and act as a trusted advisor to identify solutions that meet evolving business and technology needs.

Responsibilities

• Own customer relationships across a global SMB portfolio.
• Manage 600+ existing customers and develop a healthy pipeline of opportunities.
• Drive retention, renewals, and strategic revenue expansion.
• Act as a trusted advisor to identify solutions addressing evolving business and technology needs.
• Collaborate with a regionally aligned Customer Engineer to orchestrate complex opportunities.
• Occasional travel may be required for industry conferences, customer events, and internal team gatherings.
