Job summary

Patch My PC is seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead our global customer and partner engagement. This fully remote role manages a portfolio of 600+ existing customers and a pipeline of active leads, focusing on revenue growth and retention across SMB/enterprise segments.

You will collaborate with regional Customer Engineers and a Europe-based leader to align solutions with client goals, while occasional travel to events may be required.

Qualifications

• Experienced and highly self-directed Account Manager.
• Ability to manage a large portfolio and drive both revenue growth and retention.
• Comfort coordinating with engineers and leadership across regions.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Act as trusted advisor to understand client needs and align solutions.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow account value.
• Manage renewals and contract negotiations for a seamless client experience.
• Address inquiries and proactively offer solutions to improve engagement.
