Job summary

You will manage a portfolio of customer accounts, identifying needs, proposing solutions, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate quotes and timely delivery. You will regularly follow up with customers, resolve issues, and support them with technical information in collaboration with engineering and product specialists.

Qualifications

• Customer relationship and account management skills, including the ability to build trust, understand client needs, and maintain long-term partnerships.
• Sales, negotiation, and business development skills to identify opportunities, present solutions, and close deals in an industrial or technical environment.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with customers, internal teams, and vendor partners.
• Organizational and time-management skills, including proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and managing multiple accounts and priorities.
• Basic technical aptitude and willingness to learn industrial automation products, with prior experience in manufacturing, automation, or engineering environments considered a plus.
• Ability to work remotely, with a proactive and self-directed work style.
