Job summary

MDA is seeking an Account Manager for Fire Fighter Partnerships to grow and sustain IAFF-driven programs. The role focuses on managing fire department accounts, meeting revenue targets, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver impactful firefighting initiatives.

Remote position with 20%+ travel; requires 3+ years in business development and account management, plus strong consultative selling and Salesforce proficiency. Competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of demonstrated successful business development and account management experience preferred.
• Familiarity with not-for-profit associations preferred.
• Experience with solutions selling and consultative sales approaches.
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communications skills and political acumen.

Responsibilities

• Manage a client list of fire departments and revenue goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Oversee day-to-day client activity, including reviews, follow-up, and planning.
• Utilize Salesforce to measure delivery against goals using KPIs.
• Develop strategic plans with internal stakeholders to meet goals.
• Travel as required for territory coverage and relationship building.
