Job summary

Engineered Corrosion Solutions seeks an Account Manager to build long-term relationships with fire sprinkler contractors, acting as a trusted adviser. You will develop strategies to meet customer needs, present technical solutions, and expand the existing book of business across the Northeast Ohio region and adjacent markets.

The role is remote but requires the candidate to be based in the Cleveland, Ohio area due to travel responsibilities; up to 75% travel is anticipated within the territory,

Qualifications

• 3 years of technical sales experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in technical sales/account management and proven success.

Responsibilities

• Present technical solutions to a variety of customers.
• Grow an existing book of business within a sales territory.
• Travel regionally within territory, up to 75%.
• Track and update sales activities in CRM (Salesforce).
• Ensure client needs are the number one priority with white-glove service.
• Understand customers' needs through discovery and fact finding.
• Identify and prioritize high payoff sales activities.
