Job summary

OneSource Distributors, part of the Sonepar family, is seeking a results-driven professional to lead business development and account management in Riverside, CA. This exempt role offers a base salary with commission-based earnings and performance rewards.

You will identify opportunities, negotiate with customers and vendors, promote products, and coordinate with specialists to meet client needs while supporting the branch growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5-7 years of related experience and/or training required.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop opportunities to drive long-term revenue and growth.
• Negotiate with customers and vendors to obtain orders and improve profitability.
• Promote and sell OneSource products and services.
• Tailor business plans per customer potential and market needs.
• Establish and maintain a consistent call schedule based on profitability and potential.
• Coordinate with Account Representatives and specialists to deliver timely information and services.
• Resolve disputes related to delivery, pricing, and returns in a timely manner.
• Prospect for new accounts and introduce and demonstrate new products.
• Develop supplier relationships and monitor market changes for the territory.
