LyondellBasell is seeking an Account Manager to drive growth with existing and new customers across the Midwest. The role requires networking with OEMs, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering best-fit polymer solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, technical or business field is required.
• 5+ years in a commercial role within the polymer industry or related field.
• Experience across marketing, sales and product management preferred.
• Willingness to travel ~50% of time within the Midwest region.

Responsibilities

• Identify and close new business opportunities with current and new accounts.
• Develop relationships with OEMs and key decision makers across functions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Manufacturing and Technology to deliver material solutions.
• Manage monthly sales forecasts and maintain Salesforce records.
• Negotiate and implement sales contracts where applicable.
