Insurance Office of America is seeking an Account Manager for Commercial Lines. Remote-friendly role for candidates in Eastern or Central Time Zones, supporting IOA - Charleston.

You will manage a book of business, coordinate admin and customer service, resolve complex issues, and drive renewal activity. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in account management or 5+ years insurance, active P&C license, CIC preferred, strong analytical and service skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in account management or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Active P&C license; CIC or equivalent preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent customer service, communication, multitasking and organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring retention and supporting new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities, resolving complex issues.
• Handle policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
• Manage policy expirations and renewals; conduct client submissions and proposals.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and collect outstanding balances; maintain data accuracy in systems.
