Responsibilities

• Manage assigned book of business to ensure retention and support new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities with minimal errors.
• Handle policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
• Monitor policy expirations and renewals and prepare submissions for renewals.
