Qualifications

• Active P&C license is required.
• Professional designation CIC or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: 3+ years in account management or 5+ years in insurance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain technical competence and industry expertise.
• Direct daily activities of the account management team.
• Handle policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
• Manage policy expirations and renewals.
• Negotiate coverages and present proposals.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and collect balances.
• Maintain agency management systems and data accuracy.
• Ensure timely completion of work and proactive service.
• Communicate workload status with the team.
