Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business and ensure client retention
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities
• Handle policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis
• Manage expirations, renewals, and submissions
• Monitor accounts receivable and collect outstanding balances
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms
• Communicate workload status and issues to the team
• Seek best practices to improve performance
