The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in account management in insurance, active P&C licensing, and strong communication and analytical skills, with proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience, or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing required; CIC or equivalent designation preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma (or equivalent)

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business and support new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities.
• Resolve complex issues with accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain policy expirations and renewals.
• Conduct client research, submissions, and present proposals.
• Monitor accounts receivable and collect outstanding balances.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms.
• Ensure data accuracy and completeness in systems.
• Communicate workload status and issues to the team.
• Deliver proactive service and quick responses to requests.
• Stay updated on company policies and procedures.
• Seek continuous improvement to boost team performance.
