The role involves coordinating daily admin tasks, handling policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis, while maintaining data accuracy across systems.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in account management (or 5+ in insurance), an active P&C license, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience, or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Active licensing; CIC or equivalent preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business and support retention and new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities; resolve complex issues.
• Maintain policy expirations and renewals; conduct client research and present proposals.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and collect outstanding balances.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms; ensure data accuracy.
