Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in account management or 5+ years in insurance, active P&C licensing, and strong MS Office skills. Professional designation (CIC) is preferred, with room for career growth and a collaborative team

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of account management experience or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Active property & casualty licensing required; professional designation preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and client communications.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring retention and supporting new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities; resolve complex issues.
• Monitor policy expirations and renewals; conduct client research and present proposals.
• Oversee billing, claims handling, and coverage analysis; ensure data accuracy.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms.
