Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and client service requests.
• Handle policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analyses.
• Monitor policy expirations and renewals.
• Prepare submissions, negotiate coverages, and present proposals.
• Track accounts receivable and collect outstanding balances.
• Maintain agency systems and data accuracy.
• Communicate workload status and issues to the account team.
• Deliver excellent service and proactively anticipate client needs.
