Qualifications

• 3-5 years of account management experience or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Active property and casualty licensing is required; CIC or equivalent designation preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring retention and supporting new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities, resolving complex issues.
• Monitor policy expirations, renewals, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
• Direct daily activities of the account management team and maintain data accuracy.
• Prepare submissions, negotiate coverages, and present proposals to clients.
