The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in account management (or 5+ in insurance), with active P&C licensing and strong MS Office skills. A CIC or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active property & casualty licensing required; CIC or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication, analysis, and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned book of business to ensure retention and growth.
• Coordinate day-to-day admin and client service tasks.
• Renewals, policy administration, billing, and claims support.
• Monitor expirations, prepare submissions, and present proposals.
• Maintain agency systems and data accuracy.
