Qualifications

• 3–5 years of account management experience, or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Active property & casualty licensing required; CIC or equivalent preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent customer service, communication, multitasking and organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business to ensure retention and new business support.
• Coordinate day-to-day admin and customer service activities, resolve complex issues.
• Renewals: research, submissions, coverages negotiation and proposals.
• Monitor policy expirations, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
• Maintain agency systems and ensure data accuracy.
