MarketStar is seeking an Account Manager to support the growing team. You will maintain existing client relationships, identify opportunities to improve their experience, and upsell where appropriate.

You will leverage data and CRM insights to forecast, plan, and achieve targets while collaborating with both internal teams and client counterparts. The role is remote (US-based) with training in Utah, offering comprehensive benefits and performance-based bonuses.

Qualificações

• Strong time and project management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suites.
• Proven ability to build relationships.
• Strong written and verbal presentation skills.
• Experience with setting and exceeding sales goals.
• Able to multi-task, manage time effectively and adapt to change.
• Experience with account management or prior experience in sales or technology preferred.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data to develop and implement strategic plans is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a customer outreach process via calls and emails to build and manage external relationships.
• Work with existing customers to increase usage and spend.
• Use training resources to stay up to date on product knowledge.
• Manage pipeline data and report to manager weekly with forecasts and plans to hit targets.
• Attend to daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets.
• Record customer interactions in the CRM.
• Build and manage internal and external client relationships.
• Prepare and run regular performance reviews with internal peers and leadership.
• Use data to drive planning and success.
• Provide customer sentiment insights including product feedback and industry learnings.
