Job summary

The Blue Venture Fund is seeking an Account Manager to build and maintain client relationships and coordinate administrative support for assigned accounts in the CDB Client Services Department. You will be the main point of contact for client questions and help resolve issues by coordinating with other teams to achieve renewal and growth objectives.

Responsibilities include maintaining strong client relationships, pursuing service improvements, and ensuring satisfaction across product lines.

Qualifications

• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Coordinate and provide administrative support for assigned accounts.
• Identify client issues and coordinate resolution with internal/external teams.
• Possess strong focus on client satisfaction, revenue, and renewal objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop a mutually rewarding working relationship with client contacts to ensure renewal and retention.
• Follow through on outstanding issues to the point of resolution.
• Offer creative product and service solutions to address evolving client needs.
• Monitor client product lines and services to ensure satisfaction.
• Execute tactical components of the account team's business plan for customers.
• Identify client-specific issues and lead resolution with other teams as needed.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve service efficiencies and meeting guarantees.
• Assist with case installations to integrate client and internal organizations smoothly.
• Review client KPIs and identify opportunities for plan design changes.
• Travel 10-15%.
