Job summary

M3USA is seeking an Account Manager to engage clients, bid effectively on RFPs, and support VP-level sales to grow existing accounts. You will develop proposals, coordinate with project teams, and nurture relationships to win new business while delivering excellent client service. Some travel may be required.

The role emphasizes collaboration with sales and project managers, cross-selling opportunities, and delivering high-quality research solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Market research experience is a plus but not required.
• Experience in healthcare market research is a plus.
• Exceptional ability to multi-task and prioritize requests.
• Strong relationship building and customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Owns bidding process for projects, including costs and feasibility.
• Support maintenance of existing business by managing contracts and up-sell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Network within existing client contacts for new business/prospects.
• Organize kickoff calls, develop insightful proposals, and deliver strategic sales communications.
• Consult with clients on sample design and business issues and adapt research approaches as needed.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Research Managers to ensure quality results and clear research designs.
• Respond diplomatically to difficult client issues and elevate when necessary.
• Manage bid requests and ensure timely delivery with understanding of project costs.
• Collaborate with partners and vendors for seamless project execution.
• Act as liaison between Sales and Project Managers; light travel for client visits.
