Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker in the United States is seeking an Account Manager to operate remotely near Austin, TX. You will lead the Central Texas region, drive sales growth, manage accounts, and coordinate marketing and field resources to increase profitability.

You’ll develop strategic plans, build dealer relationships, and use tools like Salesforce and Power BI to optimize performance. Travel within the region is expected, with a competitive total compensation package.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree preferred.
• 3 years of sales experience in industrial products or related complex commercial product sales.
• Understanding IT business systems (BW, Salesforce.com, Tool Commerce) and Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel within and out of state; focus in Central Texas and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead all elements of the region.
• Drive region’s sales growth, profitability, listings, and share gain.
• Develop and execute strategic plan using marketing programs and field resources.
• Establish relationships with top accounts and dealers in the area.
• Drive sell-through across SBDK brands and units.
• Provide product knowledge support to dealers and end users.
• Utilize Salesforce and Power BI to drive efficiencies.
• Manage budgets (T&E, funds, demos) to drive profitability.
