Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker seeks an Account Manager to lead sales in Central Texas with remote work near Austin. You will manage all aspects of the region, drive growth and profitability, and develop strategic plans leveraging marketing programs and field resources.

You will build relationships with top accounts and dealers, drive sell-through across brands, and provide product training and event support while utilizing Salesforce and PowerBI. Travel to the area is expected.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree preferred.
• 3 years of sales experience in industrial products or related complex commercial product sales.
• Understanding and knowledge of IT Business systems (BW, Salesforce.com, Tool Commerce) and Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel; focus in Central Texas and surrounding areas, ideally based in Austin, Dallas, San Antonio or Houston.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead all elements of the region.
• Drive region's sales growth, profitability, listings and share gain.
• Develop and execute strategic plan using marketing programs, field resources, training, events, and outside sales.
• Establish relationships with top accounts and call on dealers in the area.
• Drive sell-through across SBDK brands; support dealers with product knowledge and events.
• Use Salesforce and PowerBI to drive efficiencies and manage budgets.
