The role emphasizes developing new business, strengthening relationships, and driving profitable expansion through pricing and product strategies. The ideal candidate will build a robust pipeline, coordinate with design consultants, and ensure timely bid and change order management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of account management, construction, or building materials experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and builder floor plans.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with clients and teams.
• Strong negotiation, relationship management, and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and secure new business through prospecting and relationships.
• Manage bids, pricing verifications, and presentations for target accounts.
• Maintain long-term relationships with builders, design consultants, and decision-makers.
• Coordinate with design consultants, order processors, and production managers.
• Maintain accurate bid records, price updates, and change orders.
• Travel as required to meet with customers and review projects.
