Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of account management experience in construction or building materials.
• Ability to read blueprints and builder floor plans.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with bids, pricing, and change orders.

Aufgaben

• Develop and secure new business through consistent prospecting, networking, and relationship-building.
• Manage bids, pricing verifications, and change orders.
• Maintain bid folders and contract documentation.
• Coordinate with design consultants, order processors, and production managers to ensure accurate execution of installation and service needs.
• Travel as required for customer meetings, project reviews, and business development opportunities.
